Site Project Manager (R.E) for Prestigious Tower Building

Site Project Manager (Resident Engineer) for the supervision works on a 190 meter high-rise Tower Building in Amman, Jordan.

The project duration is 3-years and the take home salary is generous.

Potential candidates should meet the following requirements:
  • Civil engineer with experience not less than 20 years out of which at least 10 years of holding the position of resident engineer in similar projects.
  • Sound knowledge of all technical aspects of tower building that include complex design and curtain wall systems.
  • Sound knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Age is preferably between 45 to 50 years.
Commencement is immediate and not to exceed one month from the selection date.
HR Manager

Bachelors degree in HR or Business Administration. Adequate experience in Human resources.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and Develope HR policies.
  • Ensure timely recruitment of required level/quality staff.
  • Prepare information and input for the salary budgets.
  • Performance management.
  • Staff retention, reward and recognition.
  • Succesion planning.
  • Competancy building. 

All other tasks and responsibilities normally associated with HR.

Skills:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Good command of arabic and english.
  • Computer literate.
SENIOR ARCHITECT

Architect with atleast 10 years of architectural design work experience. Project Management knowledge. Team Leader. Computer literate.
