Bachelors degree in HR or Business Administration. Adequate experience in Human resources.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and Develope HR policies.
  • Ensure timely recruitment of required level/quality staff.
  • Prepare information and input for the salary budgets.
  • Performance management.
  • Staff retention, reward and recognition.
  • Succesion planning.
  • Competancy building. 

All other tasks and responsibilities normally associated with HR.

SENIOR ARCHITECT

Architect with atleast 10 years of architectural design work experience. Project Management knowledge. Team Leader. Computer literate.
